Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Short version: Anatomy Blitz has online features: a daily challenge, leaderboards, weekly leagues and friend challenges. For these, our own server in Germany keeps an anonymous player profile: a random player ID, a display name, your game language and platform, and your scores and XP. We don’t ask for your email or real name, and we don’t record your location or country. You can delete your online data from inside the game at any time. Your study progress stays on your phone. Eclipse Dash has no online features. Our games show ads through Google AdMob and sell optional purchases and subscriptions through the App Store (and later Google Play), with RevenueCat checking purchases. Those companies collect some data, described below. You can say no to ad tracking and change your ad choices at any time.

Who we are

Traki (“Traki”, “we”, “us”) is the name under which Vaja Chelidze, Tbilisi, Georgia (the country), publishes mobile games. Vaja Chelidze is responsible for your data under this policy (the “controller” under EU and UK law). Contact: notvaja@gmail.com.

This policy covers our mobile games, our game server (the “Traki Platform”) and this website.

What we collect ourselves

In Anatomy Blitz (online features)

The first time you open Anatomy Blitz with an internet connection, the game creates an anonymous player profile on our server in the background. There is no sign-up, email or password.

DataWhyWho can see it
Player ID (a random code) and a secret key stored on your device. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the key.To recognise your device for scores, leagues and challengesUs. Your player ID is shown to you in Settings → Privacy so you can quote it in requests. Other players’ apps receive it so they can report or hide you.
Display name (a default such as “Player#1234”, or a name you choose)To show you on leaderboards, leagues and friend challengesPublic: other players, and anyone who opens a friend-challenge link you share. Don’t use your full real name.
Game language and platform (iOS, Android or web)To send questions in your languageUs
XP you earn in quizzes, reviews, exams and challenges (amount, type of activity, date)To run the weekly and all-time leaderboards and leagues. You join a weekly league automatically when you earn XP.Your XP, rank and league position are public with your display name.
Your answers, answer times and scores in the daily challenge and friend challengesOur server scores the challenges and runs the leaderboardsScores and ranks are public with your display name. In a friend challenge, the other player sees which questions you got right.
Reports you send: a problem with a question (with any note you add), or a player’s nameTo fix mistakes and moderate namesUs. A reported player is not told who reported them.
Ban records (if a profile is banned for cheating or an abusive name: the date and reason)To keep the game fair and safeUs
Technical logs: IP address, time, the server address requested (without search parameters), the result, and your app’s or browser’s user agentSecurity, limiting abuse (rate limits) and fixing errorsUs and our hosting provider

Your quiz history, mastery, review schedule, streak, settings and the answer to “What are you studying?” are saved only on your device. We can’t see them. The anatomy diagrams and question packs are built into the app.

We don’t collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, country or health data. We don’t give the player ID to advertisers or to RevenueCat, and we don’t link it to your advertising ID.

In Eclipse Dash

Nothing from inside the game. Game progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the game deletes it.

Everywhere

Who helps us run the server

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts our server in its data centre in Falkenstein, Germany. Your online data, its backups and our server logs are stored there, in the EU. Hetzner processes this data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. No other company sits between the game and our server: we use no content delivery network or proxy. Our security certificate comes from Let’s Encrypt, which receives no player data.

What our partners collect

Our games include software (SDKs) from the companies below. They collect data when the game runs and use it as described here and in their own policies.

Google AdMob and Google’s consent tool (ads)

AdMob shows the ads in our free games and in the free version of Anatomy Blitz: optional reward ads you choose to watch, and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks (never in the middle of a quiz or run). Google’s consent tool asks for your ad choices where the law requires it. To show, measure and, if you allow it, personalise ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

On iPhone, Google gets the advertising ID only if you allow tracking. If you don’t, you still see ads, but they are less personalised. We don’t target ads by what you study. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

RevenueCat (purchases and subscriptions)

RevenueCat confirms your purchases and subscriptions so they work and can be restored. It receives a random ID created by the app (not linked to your name, Apple ID or our player ID), your purchase and subscription records, and basic device data (OS, app version, country and IP address). RevenueCat processes this data for us. Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple and Google (stores and payments)

Apple (and Google, once our games are on Google Play) handles downloads, payments and subscriptions under its own policy. We never see your payment details. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

We expect every partner that receives data from our games to protect it at least as well as this policy does.

Why we use data, and our legal grounds

For people in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, the law requires a legal ground for each use:

Your choices

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising. We don’t sell personal data for money. Personalised ads through AdMob may count as “sharing” under some US state laws. You can opt out by turning tracking off (iPhone), deleting your Advertising ID (Android), or using Privacy options in the game.

The fastest route for online data is the in-game deletion above. For anything else, email us. Include your player ID (Settings → Privacy → Player ID) if you have it. If you lost your device, give us your display name and roughly when you played, and we’ll do our best to find the profile. We answer within one month and help with requests to Google or RevenueCat. For purchase records, we may ask for the order ID from your Apple receipt.

In the EU, EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Google and RevenueCat keep data for the periods in their own policies. All communication between our games, our server and these services is encrypted in transit.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience aged 13 and older (Anatomy Blitz is designed for students aged 16 and up) and are not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used one of our games and data was collected, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International transfers

Our server, its backups and your online data are in the EU (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany). We run Traki from Georgia, so we access that data from Georgia. Google and RevenueCat are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries. When data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland goes abroad, they rely on approved safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as described in their own policies and data processing terms.

Security

Connections are encrypted. Your device key is stored on our server only in hashed form, and our logs never contain it. Our admin panel has a single administrator account protected by two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep data to the minimum the games need.

This website and friend-challenge pages

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. It uses no cookies, analytics or trackers of its own. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security; see GitHub’s privacy statement.

Friend-challenge links open a small page on our game server showing the challenger’s display name and score. It uses no cookies or trackers. Our server logs the visit as described above. These pages are hidden from search engines and stop working when the challenge expires.
