Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

Short version: you can use our games for your own enjoyment and study. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds go through Apple or Google; cancel subscriptions in your store account. In-game items and XP have no cash value. Pick a decent display name and play fair. Anatomy Blitz is a study aid, not medical advice. Your legal rights as a consumer always stay in place.

These terms apply when you download or use a game published by Traki (“Traki”, “we”, “us”), the name under which Vaja Chelidze, Tbilisi, Georgia (the country), publishes games, including their online features. By using a game, you agree to them.

Apple App Store downloads

If you got the game from the Apple App Store, your license is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add game-specific rules on top of it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content; we are.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. The games, their questions, explanations, art, music and code belong to Traki or our licensors. Please don’t copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or modify them, except where the law allows it. Open-source parts and reference credits are listed on our Licenses page.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-game items, XP and progress

In-game currency, XP, league tiers, flairs, streaks and unlockables are part of the license to play. They have no real-world value, can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can’t be bought with real money. Progress stored on your device is lost if you delete the game or reset it.

Ads

Free versions of our games show ads from third parties through Google AdMob. We’re not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to, but you can report an ad and we’ll act on it. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

No warranty and limits on liability

Our games are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate, fun and stable, but we can’t promise they’ll be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, Traki isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the games, including results of any exam or decisions made based on the content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t legally be limited.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the game (and, for online games, deleting your online data in the game first). If you seriously break these terms, we may end your license and remove your online profile. Paid content you already bought stays available where the law requires, and refunds follow the store’s rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country, Sakartvelo). If you live in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll mention it in the game’s release notes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. Changes never affect subscriptions or purchases you already paid for.
